  8.                     RAMPAGEPLUS/MC AND DCA 3270/MC BOARD

  11. PROBLEM:       When installing a DCA 3270/MC board in an IBM PS/2 system with
  12.                a RampagePlus/MC board already installed, after completing the
  13.                DCA 3270 installation, the memory previously supplied by the
  14.                RampagePlus/MC board will no longer be counted during post.
  15.  
  16. CAUSE:         The ASTART.EXE program supplied with the RampagePlus/MC board
  17.                does not correctly register memory on the IBM reference disk,
  18.                which allows the DCA 3270/MC board to corrupt the
  19.                RampagePlus/MC memory configuration.

  21. SOLUTION:      Use the ASTART.EXE (version 1.21.01) available on the AST On-
  22.                Line! BBS.  (This is not an AST released driver, and AST makes
  23.                no warranty regarding the usability of this driver).
